I can really only help you with the first one. Make sure that you go into npc_walkers and look up that walker ID. You can change the pool to something else, or just remove that walker id from static_data\spawns\npc. do a search in windows for that walker id and it will tell you which file has it.

EDIT: actually, come to think of it, I fixed that error myself in a later release of the real Aion-Core 4.7 (not this leaked one). I can't tell you where to go to get the newest one, as it violates terms here.

That is because you have put some thing in config. Some task for crone, remember what you have done in the past fot exempl it can be rift time, but it is over here com.aionemu.gameserver.services.LimitedItemTradeService.star there are some task that you have change, probably in config if you asking such questions.
