i think u forgot to add ur gameserver to the allowed list in database
Actually your client has a newer version or you forgot to put the dx dll in the bin folder.
I got this same problem.
From lan i can connect, but - my friends from internet can connect with website, but cant with server, him got this same problem.
"no game server is available to the authorization server"
My buddys have this same client what my, hmm where i must write my ip aion.dyndns.info? Where? What files and which ports i must unlock?

You need to release the ports 2106 and 9014
set country code : in gerserver>config>main>gameserver

Put d3dx9_38.dll from launcher/bin to aion/bin folder,that's what i did but now nothing happends after i choose server to logon to

i found the answer well i didn't find it i found someone that posted it i put d3dx9_38.dll in your aion/bin32 folder. This folder is found in your aion install directory. defauld c/programfiles/ncsoft/aion
