Failed to connect to Auth server

ok last problem i got the game working and can connect via hamachi.

but none of my friends can connect they get failed to connect
to auth server.. anyone have anyideas

i see alot of ppl have the same issue on google but no fix..

try ipconfig.xml:

else check if your friends have the login-fix->d3d8thk.dll copied into their Aion\Bin32\ folder

yes they have the login fix ill try the xml now ....


ok i added the line in the xml she has the exact same client as me even the fix

but still get failed to connect and quits

- Uses Hamachi any ports that are not open? (Never used Hamachi before)
- Check all steps I described here --> http://forum.ragezone.com/f588/howto...9/#post7409937
- change the ip in the network.properties to gameserver.network.login.address = localhost:9014 no need to change this into your IP
- check if your router got any forwarding rules for each local network IP
- check your Windows Firewall if its running - check you opened the ports or just disable it for a test!

I think you should check your Windows Firewall first!

i have tried with hamachi i log on others dont
external ip with ports forwarded i cant log on others cant log on

been at this now for hours. :/

ok windows firewall was off BUT i dont use windows firewall lol my McAfee was still on <--- dumbass

make sure u got this port forwarded, TCP/UDP
7777, 9014, 2106.

if you are using 4.0 client, it wont work, make sure you downgrade it to 3.7 or 3.9. I am currently using 3.7, works fine after that.

yeah its all working now but i have a stupid problem that makes no sense..
when i create an auto account just by logging in the account wont show in navicat
if i create an account in navicat i get password does not match o.O


i have an account but navicat does not show it ..


its fine i had it set to 3306 i changed it to 3316 ::))))
