failed to connect to server

I have have managed to regiser an account on my private server.
chat server works
login server works
game server works

but i cant seem to connect to any of the servers listed in the screen shot

I want to say that this issue lies somewhere in your server configuration files. Either that, or your client config. What does your batch file look like for your client? Does the IP match the IP in your login server network configuration?
