1) i would like to know if it possible to make new gm command?

2) i would like to know all effect id + name

3) how to give player effect for certain time ( i like to give players about 2 month of effect at less )

if i get more request i will post them in future here

so above question no one know about..

my server has flying monster witch player can't fly in that area and he can't see them unless he fly to them ( high ) , how to make them spawn in ground not in the air
