Fresh Aion Private server setup Cant Select Server?

Hi all i did a fresh install of Aion lightning 4.0
Login Server / Game / Chat All starts fine without any problems
i downloaded NA client its possible to login
but when i press Siel server nothing happening? maby someone know a solution or
is prepare to help me? maby it got something to do its not public or something

downgrade your client do 4.5.0.14, versions 4.5.0.15 and newer use a different encryption so the server cannot communicate with them(yet). Downgrade patch is somewhere on the forum, what doesn't work for sure:

Engine related:
- GP - I'm working on implementing it in the NA version server
- tempering - ^
- minor issues like Legion not saving if you solo a siege - easy to fix(in fact, I've already fixed it in my build)
- idians and plumes

Data pack related:
- skillbooks - these are gone, gotta mix the older npc data
- HoF in Kaisinel Academy - no NPCs in the data definitions
- Sillus/Silona/Pradeth sieges - not configured, just adding the schedules won't be enough, you'd have to recreate the whole spawning schema
- geodata - geo for Katalam/Danaria isn't available at all, everything up to Sarpan might be glitchy with floating mobs and stuff. No idea how to fix it yet, I'm yet to find a method on how to generate reliable geodata
- some spawns, teleports and items are broken - easy to fix, but gotta find these first ;]
- gunner/AT dualwield skills accuracy - skill templates for gunner and AT should be switched from PHYSICAL to MAGICAL in skill_templates.xml
