Help Aion 2.1.0.10

Well, I make my Aion server and I pass the ncsoft launcher to my friend download the game.
But when he finish the download, the version of the game is 2.1.0.10 and ever time when he try to start the game a error message appear (Aion stopped working).

Sorry my bed english anyone know how to fix this?

I dont know can this help but 1.Check what is version of aion (is it NA(North America) or EU(europe) if that dont work then try delete the bin 32 and then repair)
