[help] Cannot connect to server

Hi guys
ok rundown i am unable to connect to server using "Dwarfpickers_Easy_MultiCoreEmu_Repack_0.1.0"
now i have checked all IP settings and modified all as per advised
i have checked the ports are open and everything seams good

the issue appears to be that the game client is not hitting the game server as you can see via console

now i have bot the gameforge client and the NCsoft client (both are getting the same thing)

i am also for some unknown reason unable to connect on 127.0.0.1 (i have to use my 192.*.*.* address for the game client to actually connect to login server)

any help you be appreciated im not asking on a whim i have tried all possible options apart from formating my pc and returning to windows 7

i got it fixed mate just an issue with me forgetting settings for the ipconfig.xml (i have posted in your guide)
