[help]Dark poeta portal doesnt work

ok i tryed to go for Dark poeta.
finded first quest where is that girl in sanctum who gave quest, later i was sent to reshanta. i must speak with nani etc.
i spoked with her and when she said i must do some things first to go to future poeta quests just finishes and i didnt get info what i must do. found quest id for scales and other item what was needed. in db seted quests 3705 and 3706 complite. i had two items 1 was needed only 1 and other was needed 20 pieces.Ok, went back to heiron to give those items to npc next to artifact of transendence. ok wanted to use that object and nothing hapens its just still casting and dont do nothing.

SO any body have fix for that object or fix for quests?

U need portal template, il share it tonight when i get on mine pc.
