Some minors errors in 2.Build&Copy Aion Server Celestial.bat

1. i can be able to edit correctly path of java portable & svn portable in my windows path environnement variable.
2.At error 'ser', i must replace this by set or i ignore ?

 Set Path to Java Runtime portable ...
 Set Path to SVN portable ...
