[HELP] Fixing Skills and Add Teleports

Hello guys from ragezone, I hope u guys could help me.
I need to fix skills like blind leap and retreating slash, if someone know or have a idea how to do it would be amazing. (The problem with the skills is: they don't jump or move).

Another topic regarding teleports: I wanna do an area especially for pvp, but I need two teleports like when you are in silentera and wanna go to inggison or gelkmaros. Have anyway to edit them to teleport for location: xx/yy/zz... something like that.
