[Help] How to create an account

I'm trying to create an account using Navicat: Id=1 Name, password, membership=1, access=3(GM). I restart mysql, but when i want to login i get ID o password incorrect, how can i fix this?

the password is encrypted. so it dont work when u put in a passoword in the table. enable acocunt auto create in the server configs and create ingame an account.
