Help! Inventory begginer gear!!?

Help.

How can I change the begginer gear on lvl 1 to what I want? For example instead of Chain for Training to be Fenris Chain when people create accounts. And how can I make the armor to appear in the inventory, not equipped? Please answer quickly, I'm having a server and I need to change this cuz members are waiting.

well this forum seems rather dead but u need to go into ur static data and go into the player initial value and change it there
