install normal java or learn java and convert server to be working on your installed 1.8 java
(almost no one java emu of aion is not set to be running on 1.8, biggest part is set for 1.6-1.7)
so, how to and what to?

remove installed java 1.8 and install 1.7
or
just install 1.7 and change system var to use 1.7 for java run

java version that will work 100%:
jdk-7u60-windows
mysql version that will work 100%:
mysql-essential-5.1.53

if will not able to find how to set system var for win:
