[Help] Play alone work but no-ip can't connect

Dear sir, I have problem about no-ip use for server create. I can server create for play alone which it bored I will invite my friend to join it. So I will change my ip to no-ip it can't connect to server i trial all time but it can't connect all time. I need to some one have experience to help me

test on
Aion-Lightning: r303 ,play alone work but no-ip not
Aion-Unique:play alone work but no-ip not
