Hello friends, I have a problem in my aion, already downloaded it three times

I install updated all normal, I click to enter the game stays on the screen writing NCsoft and not pass that screen, anyone know WHAT might be happening?

can we not install on hd ntfs aion O.o?

u have a problem whit ur game vercion, try to update ur game, or download a new dx9, or download a new bin32 folder for 1.9.0.2
