housing problem

I have a few problems with the housing
1. where can i find it in the database that the house belong to one charakter and the id´s of the houses
2.in the list in game is no house for auction where can i find the setting for it
3.where can i set that the houses doesnt cost anything for the owner

maybe someone knows what i mean and could help me

1.point and last point are fixxed only 2.the list doesn´t work could anyone tell me where i can set that the list show the houses and not that the bidding is ended please help me
