How can I edit spawn?

I would like to know how to easily edit spawn
I know that spawns are registred in an xml in the folder spawn
but is there an easy and understandable way to edit them? (I would like to fix some zones)

test server where the missing npc, put it in the right if npc is wrong, you can delete npc spawn, and put it in the right displayed on the spawn map directory to another directory which according to the newly passed npc spawn data are and to bring them to edit the corresponding XML map spawn

This is the easiest way but if you have packetsamurai, Sniff fresh data and also because hopefully fix Spawn is a java file that stores you need to find the correct java file and edit right to change npc
