How i can play with Friends or any Players with my Server?

Yeah read that. It's all within the game\config\network.properties file. You need to add the outside IP address in the <ipconfig default="ipaddress"> area, but you must also ensure that you add IP ranges inside of the ipconfig properties. You can have each line be separate like mine is:

<iprange min="10.0.0.0" max="10.255.255.255" address="10.0.0.1"/>
<iprange min="50.0.0.0" max="99.255.255.255" address="(outside IP)"/>
<iprange min="192.168.0.0" max="192.168.255.255" address="192.168.1.45"/>
<iprange min="127.0.0.1" max="127.0.255.255" address="127.0.0.1"/>
</ipconfig>

As you can see above, I have ipranges for my internal network, the computer itself that houses the server, and a really wide range of IPs that outside users would use.

Once done that, you must open your Windows Firewall and home router to allow ports 2106 and 7777 (among others I think) from the outside in order for your friends to connect if they at home.
