Accounts auto create if you've specified that in your config file.
If you want to create them manually, then enter the information into the AccountData table. The password is a base64 encoded SHA-1 hash

I am using the celestial core.
The config file has a spot for auto create? I assume that means it just creates when someone enters the info. I'll test it out today. Thanks!

I went through the config file and haven't seen anything about account auto create yet.
Additionally does anyone know how to change the settings for 100% manastone and enchant success?
I found the spot to change manastone success but the first slot success rate doesn't seem to reflect the 100% figure.
As far as enchants go I can find nothing in the default_config file that governs it's success.
