How to make Custom NPC

Hi, Im very new in this so i want help. I want to create NPC from character model. I mean i want to create NPC model like im creating my characters and then to make this NPC to do something like just walking not something more difficult like to be vendor. Im asking is there any command or program (like in Skyrim) that will help me create NPC model and then place it.

Hello, i don't think "not possible" it's a answer :) .
Everything is possible, also this request form you.
I am also a beigner and i tell you, it's possible, but require a lot of
skill, and knowledge. So, it's a little bit hard to get this tutorial on
"how to create a custom npc" for free ... Hopefully, Aion comunity will grow
and it will start "raining" with some basic tutorial's or more :D .

well i dont know exactly how to do it but i know for sure its damn too much work. I just asked because i was playing Skyrim and there was mod for something like this. And its truly make game more populated and more realistic. I writed to the Official Aion Community and they told me that there is no such tool FOR NOW and that they are going to make major improvements in the game and they are going to make such tools later. In one word when then dont have any ideas and dont know what to do more
