I already know how to move npc. However, I don't know how to set new players starting at level 9, not level 1. Do you know how?

Only implementing in source code, you need to write the lines of code in PlayerCommonData.java and in ClassChangeService.java

You also can add a part in any script from a quest and set the level to any level.
Or give any player a new playercommand with .levelup and set the level to 9

With these methods you don't start the player with the desired level, so the best option is in the source code,
however the .levelup command will be the best option if he doesn't know what i'm saying.

I know that, but i repeat "this does not start the player with the desired level".
Implement in the source code all players will start with the desired level.

But as i said, the .levelup command will be the best option or in the GM panel,
or yes, he can use the quests method "as you explained" if he is playing alone
that is, if he doesn't know what i'm saying.

A warning: I won't promise, but if i have time, the energy and disposition, i'll make something really cool for 2.7.
I have the source code and downloaded the client, now i need to be brave

I'll take Robyson's advice, handling this in source code gets better,
what you've done is not a "Fix" but basically an implementation.
However, it is a basic palliative and can help.
