How to run the client?

I have everything set up, but I have no idea how to run aion

I do not have any ".exe" file in the folder
I just want to create a server on localhost

and write the following

echo Starting Aion ...
start bin32\aion.bin -ip:127.0.0.1 -port:2106 -cc:1 -lang:enu -noweb -nowebshop -nokicks -ncg -noauthgg -ls -charnamemenu -ingameshop

and save it with the name of aion_star.bat

I save that file in C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSOFT\Aion
C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSOFT\Aion\aion_star.bat
