How to set up manastone sucess rate?

hey guys i was wondering how to set up my manastone success rate and i dont know what to set because of the way its drawn out.

change the number after the = to whatever you want

I too am wondering this, are these success rates or fail rates? Go higher for better success or go lower for less fail rate? There is no explanation, same goes with the crit craft rate, up or down?
