1. Translate to arabic? - You need arabic client - but I think there is none, so you need use english client
2. How to make on VPS?

so what the problem with start AiON Servers localy and after that try port forwarding in yours router for get him work in wild world...

on VPS you can used Linux for OS. Linux more stable with java. I has been try it.. :D

so topikstarter has problem with local start AiON Server, maybe he'll start in *nix system later in more expertable skill.
