It's either because you didn't configure right your settings or you use different version between the emu and the client.

you can read here a loot of threads about help - so please, be so good, if you wish to get help - provide at less normal describe of your problem, attach screen and links to log files, same as do all other users, who wish to get help
and yep, this year forum personal mind reader is on holidays - so threads without problem describe will not get help because we can't read your minds
