I need help removing the automated drive

Hi guys, I'm sorry was a noob by deleting the Aion server files without shutting down the server... now it has left me a memory of it and I want it gone...

I dont know how to shutdown the server without its "Stop AIONEmulator.bat"
using a different "Stop AIONEmulator.bat" even if its from the same version doesn't work
Please help can't install 4.0.... without shutting down 3.9...

so any help of shutting it down will gladly be appreciated...

OK, My bad, i had an auto start command on those ".bat" files on my startup menu ~_~
once removed and using a cleaner application restarting my Computer the servers where put to stop....
