Info about AION

Hello guys, i'm new here and just i saw on internet some file about "aion source".. So I wanna know some informations about AION..

1. Can i unpack the client? (if i want to change some texture, armours, etc) or how can i add new items if i want?

2. It is public the Client Source? or Game source? like c++ source or something like that?

3. For a private server i don't need a VPS or something? or how can i hosting a private server?

4. AION it's hosted on Windows Server?
