login problem

hi,

so im hosting the newest version of aiongermany (https://github.com/AionGermany/aion-germany) and and running client 7.7 (newest)
i can connect to my server via lan or even outside ip.
my friend can enter and create an account but as soon as he clicks to join the server (siel)
it says he cant connect to the game server..

login server console says "Connection attempt from: x.x.x.x"
and then "[PacketProcessor:0]: - sending packet: [S] 0x01 SM_LOGIN_FAIL and closing connection after that"

he is using the same client as i do, i even gave it to him.
i assume its some kind of client-side problem but how can that be fixed?
