Looking for dedicated host - NEED ADVICE !

I’m aiming to host my Private Server on a dedicated service and I’ve been asking myself a question and I would like to know a second opinion and advice, that’s why I ask you guys three simple questions:

What are the minimum requisites for running Aion private server, and what would be the recommended requisites?
For a dedicated server service, what you look for first and why?
If you were to choose one what would be and why?
