Navicat Tutorial

Hello,

Does anyone have a tutorial on how to manage an Aion server with Navicat? I'm looking on how to do the following:
-Change Exp X3
-Enchantment speed change
-Essence 207/207 increase to maybe 300+

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Yes please if it's available. I'm only using for myself for offline server.

-Change Exp X3 for change exp rate go to config/main/ look at rates.properties open whit notepad or notepad++ and change it.
-Enchantment speed change config/main/enchants.properties
-Essence 207/207 increase to maybe 300+ look on data/static_data/player_cp_points/player_cp_points.xml open whit notepad++
search for <player_cp_point player_level="75" cp="207"/> change 207 to your desire quanty
