Need help !

Hey guys . as u can see iam TOTALLY new to server thing so i need some help like , how to make the server public ( i just want my friend to log in it ) and i wanna get some tables to compile to the server like a drop table , and how do i make survies with items , and how do i make a NPC with a shop .
i really Appreciate any help .
