Please post the "complete" logs. I can not see any errors just from a screenshot.

You don't seem to understand...
I don't want the server files. I want YOUR logs for GameServer & LoginServer.
Copy them from the CMD windows and then paste them here.

I'm not going to fix the server files for you...

PS : I suggest you read some basic guides on these forums to familiarize yourself with the concept of setting up an Aion server.
Once you have the basics, we will attempt to assist you.
