    need help

    hello guys.
    I have a 4.0 server fully working but i have some problems.One of them is skills.
    For gunner both skills for reload doesn't works,is called Reload and Autoload.i can use but nothing happen.
    the command for remove cooldowns doesn't work.same,i can use but nothing happen.
    Any solution?
