Need Help website and client

Hello everyone,
Ty so much for the tutorials/server files to setup my server.
however im still having 2 major problems .
Hopfully anyone can help me out

Im having this issue on the PowerWeb FallenFate website , when pressing account , and some other timezone related pages.

*edit : Fix -> php.ini -> date.timezone = "Europe/Berlin"*

Here i can connect , create chars etc.. but i cant see the lader =( anyone ?
