need help with client

hello there =) i try to create a p-server to myself and got all stuff running.

but my problem now is to downgrade the client from patch 4.5 to 3.9

i got the downgrade from http://forum.ragezone.com/f590/help-...-0-3-a-959817/ every time i extract or "copy past" the files into my game-client

i get this error when i start the game "failed to initialize (1024)"

i tried to delete "bin32/64 / data / L10N and repaired the game in NCLuncher. so it goes back to 4.5 again and tried it all over again but i get the same Error everytime

i run on a WIndows 7 64bit and my Client is CC:1 ( NA )

and when i repair the client and its back to 4.5 it works but when i put the downgrade 3.9 back in it failes
