Here I would like to modify the npc that we see on the screen, on the emu 5.8 ger it is correct but not on another emu, and I tested with the same client, so I deduce that it comes from from the server. The same glitch happened to me in aion 4.9, fixing the reshanta spawns somehow managed to fix it for me. Sorry, you do not have permission for that!
Additionally if you want to change the armor of npc's you change it in npc_templates.xml
