Need XML Editor for Aion

Need XML Editor for Aion
i searched from google but no had this tool please any one tell me what the tools use for edit XML extracting from .pak file

Aion Xml/Html converter -> Download

1- Start Aion Html Decrypt.exe
2- place all folder contains files html in folder "In"
3- press button decrypt in Aion Html Decrypt.exe
4- wait for decrypt all files
5- End , all files decrypted in folder "Out"

i test with fontshader.xml nothing in out folder not working man

mybe only the htmls are working. Will check for a xml tool later. need to go to bed now ^^

ok Aion Xml/Html converter working for Html but not work for Xml
now im finished for html converting then after i edit html if i need to repak
i have to encrypt html or not ?
or just make html to zip file and encrypte zip file to .pak and finishe ?
