Npc's problem

I have a problem with my server.
When i talk to a npc, some commands give me an error like this

Load Fail!
Uno.html
(HtmlPageId 64)
(QuestId 0)

Somebody can help me please?

is a normal error when u try buy some item back, but is not normal there all npc say that, or quest givers

try to load again all sql in ur gameserver

The appearance npc have the problem too.
