old aion server / client issues

I need some help
I have a working aion 2.7.0.1 aion server and a 2.7.0.0 client. I can log in and play on it, but when someone tries to log in from an other adress he can't join the game server; when you select the server at the server selction screen it says "no gameserver avalible for authentication"

I have my ports set and the antivirus/firewall turned off

edit your Game\config\network\ipconfig.xml
probably it's just is not changed - so disallow any outside connections

It looks like your server is only on localhost. Change the ip not only in ipconfig, but in chat, game and login folders. Make sure you opened the ports too.

I have set everything but still not working
But i've found someting about that some no-ip dll file. Can anyone tell me about that?
