people can't connect my server NEED URGENT HELP

hey guys i got this huge problem

when i put NO-IP hostname on all my server files i can connect my server but when people try to connect there aion freeze and they get cannot cannoct to the authorization server

i also tried my external IP adress same problem please help me fix this

also when i put my external ip address or NO-IP adress on chatserver files my chatserver don't work but when i use localhost on my chatserver it works i don't know how i can make my chatserver work on my external ip adress please i need help !!!

i may not have the proper answer for you now but if you default i.p is correct and the launcher for external launcher is also the external i.p stated in you default i.p.. then i believe you firewall is blocking your connection , in that case use hamachi and place the hamachi i.p as the default i.p in ur default i.p config file and use that i.p for others to connect also u need to connect on the same p.c usint local host i.p but if from external u use the hamachi i.p.
