preparing to reconnect the selected character(max 20 seconds)

Hi All,

Been trying to resolve the issue with character selection with the error "preparing to reconnect the selected character(max 20 seconds)"
Already set gameserver.properties

gameserver.character.reentry.time = 0

But still characters are stuck and cannot login...
