Problem with connection

hi all, i have a one problem at connection with my Aion server (4.7.5), yesterday i buy one server host with windows server 2012 and i try to put my server there. The server is online but when i want to connect to with client to server don't work, and show me "Cannot connect to authetification server".

What can i do to solve this problem ?
I install this server 3 days ago on my computer on localhost and is work good.
