Problem with version.dll

Im using Windows 10 latest version.
Version.dll doesnot attach to aion.bin, I used Process Monitor to check and it only load "C:\Windows\System32\version.dll" not the folder of aion.

I'm trying to use aion cliente 5.8 ... for example, if I replace "version.dl" to "steam_api.dll" then Version.dll loads.

Does anyone know anything about this?

1. NOIP.dll = version.dll belong in the Aion Client Software /bin32 or /bin64, not in Windows systemfolder
2. I'm not sure it it works with Aion from the Steam.
