Problems with my aion Server can not enter normal outsiders Lan HELP

Well this is my problem I have my Server from my PC aion in which 10 computers are connected to my network Lan bone nobody can get to play my Server AION but outside as Chile Brazil Argentina or those outside of my normal network if play please help give me a guide or a patch must be a solution and many thanks to who helps me and shares his knowledge

make sure the proper ports are forwarded(3306, 7777, 2106, 9014) and you have your ip in the ipconfig file like this <ipconfig default=xxx.x.x.x></ipconfig>
