Question about setting up a 4.7 server

Hello,
For some time already I'm looking around for a useful guide that explains on how to set up a 4.7 server, since there seems to be no free release of 4.8 server files yet.

Does anyone have such a guide on hand with appropriated downloads?
The ones I found so far on this forum mostly lacked screenshots or the videos weren't available anymore.
