[Question] Aion Version Numbers

Hello my fellow ragers! :)

Since I'm new to Aion, can somebody explain to me the meaning of Aion's Version Numbers?

They have the following format [X.X.X.XX]. What does each digit stand for? The last two or three are for smaller updates like bugfixes only? The first two are for content updates? Or how do I have to understand their version concept?
