[Question]Change "Channel Names"

Hello,

i changed it a long time ago , and now can't remember how i did it, i don't actually also remember with what application i changed it(clue-(Hopefully) remember i think with hex.)
Looking for a specific file - Need to Change Server name on Server List for Example if Server ID is 100 then Server on the list will be Displayed As " Test Server " - Now the main question is how to rename this "Test Server"?
