[Question] Is there a way to remove the stat cap?

Is there a way to remove the stat caps? For example: evasion rate is capped at 30%, parry at 40% and block at 50%. Or those parameters are hard coded?
I've been playing around with the config and data files for a while and didn't find what I need, even Google couldn't provide an answer.
I'm using AC 4.7.5 btw.
