"cannot connect to authorization server aion" Error

Hello...

A few days ago , install and made a home server (localhost ) Aion on my computer , everything ok regarding which gives rise installation and data .bat etc etcBy placing username and password in the login screen , this error message:cannot connect to authorization server


I have tried this:

-disable Antivirus ( Add Exceptions files and .exe 's)
-disable Firewall ( Exceptions and .exe )
-Reinstall The game
-Repair The game with official launcher
-Change D3d8thk and d3dx9_38 files ( also Repair )
-Free ports 8080 and 3306
-Restart pc
-Restart router

Honestly no longer fit me ideas how to fix this error or what is the reason for this error.
